Testing Guide

This guide will help you test the core features of BingBang using a test account and simulated payments.

Setting Up Your Test Account​

1. Create an Account​

  1. Visit BingBang.bet and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Click Create Account

2. Verify Your Email​

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification message from BingBang
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. You'll be redirected back to complete your profile

3. Complete Onboarding​

  1. Fill in your profile information:
    • Display name
    • Country
    • Phone number (optional)
  2. Set your preferred currency
  3. Accept the terms and conditions
  4. Click Complete Setup

Making a Test Deposit​

Important: All transactions during testing use Paystack's test environment. No real money is charged.

  1. Navigate to Wallet in the main menu
  2. Click Deposit
  3. Enter any amount you wish to deposit
  4. Select your payment method
  5. Click Proceed with Payment
  6. Just click "Proceed with Payment" - Paystack will use test mobile or card details
  7. Complete the test payment flow
  8. You'll be redirected back to BingBang with your wallet balance updated

Exploring Core Features​

Check Your Wallet and Host Level​

  1. Visit your Profile page
  2. View your current wallet balance
  3. Check your host level status
  4. Review your transaction history in the Wallet section

Create a Custom Game​

  1. Navigate to Games in the main menu
  2. Click Create Game
  3. Fill in the game details:
    • Game name
    • Description
    • Ticket price
    • Game settings (min/max players, host fee)
  4. Review and submit
  5. Your game will now be listed in the active games

Join Other Games​

  1. Browse the Games section to see active games
  2. Select any game that interests you
  3. Click Buy Ticket
  4. Confirm your purchase
  5. You'll now be a participant in that game

Drawing a Winner​

When your custom game reaches the minimum player requirement (quorum):

  1. The system will mark the game as "Ready to Draw"
  2. As the host, you can initiate the draw by clicking Draw Winner
  3. The system will use Random.org to select a winner
  4. Winner announcement and prize distribution will be processed automatically
  5. Verification details will be available for transparency

Game Types to Test​

BingBang offers three distinct game types that you can test:

1. Daily Draws​

  • Automatically created by the system
  • Fixed ticket price
  • Draws at scheduled times
  • Join by purchasing tickets

2. Custom Games​

  • Created by hosts
  • Customizable ticket prices and player limits
  • Host sets parameters and fees
  • Join games created by other testers

3. Duel Games​

  • 1v1 challenge format
  • HOME/AWAY player structure
  • Automatic drawing when opponent accepts
  • Create or accept challenges
